Balika Vadhu — Kachchi Umar Ke Pakke Rishte ( English: Child Bride — Strong Relationships of Tender Age), commonly abbreviated as Balika Vadhu is an Indian television drama series that premiered on 21 July 2008 on Colors TV. It also telecast on Raj Network as Mann Vasanai in Tamil, on Maa TV as Chinnari Pellikuthuru in Telugu and on RTV Pink as Mala Nevesta in Serbian. It also airs in Pakistan on Hum2. The show started airing an extra day (Mon - Sat 8pm) from mid 2013.The lead actress Pratyusha Banerjee quit the show on 27 February 2013. Then Toral Rasputra was signed.
